Miss Nicole has a passion for working with children and she strongly admires their endless energy, honesty, creativity, flexibility, and resilience. Miss Nicole’s role is to assist management by working side by side with educators and children to create a loving, educational, and safe environment where the children are able to have their own sense of belonging and help foster play-based learning experiences.

As a passionate early childhood educator with nearly 10 years of experience, a Diploma in Early Childhood Education, and a Bachelor of Teaching, my personal philosophy as a nominated supervi-sor is grounded in the belief that every child deserves a nurturing, safe, and stimulating environ-ment where they are empowered to explore, learn, and grow.
I believe that a positive and happy early education experience is the foundation for lifelong learn-ing. In my role as a nominated supervisor, I am committed to leading with empathy, integrity, and a deep respect for each child’s unique needs, interests, and potential. My primary goal is to create an environment that fosters a sense of belonging, where children feel valued, supported, and en-couraged to develop self-confidence, curiosity, and resilience.
Central to my philosophy is the belief that children learn best through play and hands-on experi-ences. I strive to create an environment that is rich in opportunities for exploration, creativity, and problem-solving. I value the importance of building strong, trusting relationships with both children and families, recognizing that collaboration and open communication are essential in supporting children’s learning and development.
As a leader, I aim to empower and inspire my team of educators by fostering a culture of continu-ous professional growth and reflection. I believe in providing clear guidance, mentorship, and sup-port to ensure that each educator has the tools and knowledge to provide the highest quality care and education. I encourage a team culture that is inclusive, respectful, and focused on the well-being and development of the children in our care.
Ultimately, my goal as a nominated supervisor is to ensure that every child experiences the joy of learning, that every educator feels supported and valued, and that families feel confident in the care and education their children receive. I am committed to being a leader who upholds the high-est standards of early childhood education and ensures that our setting remains a positive, inspir-ing, and enriching place for everyone involved.
